We focused on beat, pumanawatanga, rhythm and the pulse of the class so we made a performance using props and notation

A highlight for me was learning about pumanawatanga because it was a new word for me to learn
I learned that pumanawatanga meant the pulse of the class because Kiri kept it telling us over and over and over again.
I think I'm at relational because I can identify
Beat in many different contexts and I understand the purpose of it.
A struggle for me was figuring out what phase to use because it was like a total madness finding the right phrase.
My next step is to make the pumanawatanga in our lives. more often
